If, like us, meeting a Disney Princess is high on your wishlist at Disney World then this is the guide for you! From meeting a Princess at the Fairytale Hall to enjoying a royal dining experience at Cinderella’s Royal Table or greeting the Frozen Princesses, we have you covered across all four parks! Read on to discover where to meet all of the Disney Princesses in Disney World – I’ve split it out by Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Hollywood Studios and Animal Kingdom so you can focus on whichever park you are visiting!
Where to meet Princesses in Magic Kingdom
Magic Kingdom is a Princess fan’s dream and it’s possible to find almost all of the Disney Princesses in the park. Here’s where to meet the Princesses in Magic Kingdom:
1 | Cinderella’s Royal Table
Meet with: Cinderella, Jasmine, Aurora, Snow White/Merida, and Ariel
Location: Fantasyland
Additional cost/Reservation Required: Yes, the Princess meets are part of the Cinderella Royal Table dining experience
Cinderella’s Royal Table is set in the majestic Cinderella Castle and is the ultimate Princess meet and greet in Magic Kingdom!
Upon entry to the Castle’s Grand Hall, you will meet Cinderella as she welcomes guests to her castle. After proceeding upstairs to the banquet hall, you will be seated for dining and, typically, 4 other princesses will stop by your table during the course of your meal – we met Jasmine, Aurora, Snow White and Ariel during a recent visit. This is the typical princess line up for Cinderella’s Royal Table although recently we’ve seen Merida stepping in for Snow White on multiple occassions.
Where to meet Princesses in Disney World tip: breakfast, lunch and dinner are served in Cinderella’s Royal table. Reservations are payable at time of booking and include gratuity. Cinderella only meets guests in the Grand Hall and does not visit guests at their tables during meals – a Photopass photographer is available to capture the moment.
Reserving Cinderella’s Royal Table
Cinderella’s Royal Table is one of the hottest reservations in Disney World so we’d definitely recommend reserving well in advance. Dining reservations typically open 60 days in advance at approximately 6am EST (plus resort guests can reserve in advance for the duration of their stay, up to 10 days maximum, 60 days out from the start of their reservation).
If you miss out on the initial drop then sign up for Mouse Dining and set text alerts for your preferred days and times if you don’t get your favored appointment times.
Princesses at Disney World tip: dining alerts are a Walt Disney World essential and we recommend signing up to Mouse Dining. You sign up, set alerts to your desired reservations (e.g. 8am Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique, breakfast at Cinderella’s Royal Table) and, as soon as a cancellation is made, the dining alert service will alert you via email and/or text so you can reserve it immediately. We rely heavily on dining alerts in the run up to all our Walt Disney World and Disneyland California trips and we’ve always been able to secure a reservation. We’ve tried a few services and always return to Mouse Dining. as their alerts are super speedy and reliable – there is a free service (email only, 6 alerts) but we use the monthly subscription ($9, email and text alerts, includes international texts) in the months leading up to our Walt Disney World visit. If you want one of the highly sought-after reservations like Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique or Cinderella’s Royal Table then we’d recommend the paid monthly subscription as you can set up alerts for all your planned Magic Kingdom Days and we always notice the text alerts instantly. Make sure to practice with an easy-to-secure reservation so you know the exact process – this is essential as Bibbidi Bobbidi and Cinderella’s Royal Table reservations are snapped up almost instantly! – check out Mouse Dining here!

2 | Princess Fairytale Hall
Meet with: Cinderella, Tiana, Rapunzel, Elena
Location: Fantasyland
Lightening Lane: standby line and Genie+ lightening lane available
You can meet up to four princesses in the Princess Fairytale Hall, an enchanted royal setting in Fantasyland.
There are two separate meet and greets with two princesses in attendance at each – Cinderella hosts one, usually with Elena as the visiting Princess.
Tiana hosts Rapunzel as a visiting Princess.
Where to meet Princesses in Disney World tip: there are two separate lines for the meet and greets at the Princess Fairytale Hall – if you want to meet all 4 princesses you will need to wait in line twice.
3 | Meet Ariel at Her Grotto
Meet with: Ariel (this is the original Ariel as a Mermaid, the new, live-action Ariel is currently meeting in Hollywood Studios)
Lightening Lane: standby line and Genie+ lightening lane available
Mermaid Ariel meets guests from her seashell throne in her grotto. The meet and greet is located next to her Under the Sea – Journey of the Little Mermaid ride.
4 | Enchanted Tales With Belle
Meet with: Belle (individual meet and greet not guaranteed)
Lightening Lane: standby line and Genie+ lightening lane available
Set in Belle and Maurice’s country cottage, Enchanted Tales with Belle is a meet and greet with a difference.
Guests enter in groups and some are assigned parts and props to help reenact Beauty and the Beast as a surprise for Belle. At the end, the show participants have a photo with Belle and it finishes with a singalong to Be Our Guest.
Kids are given a bookmark as a memento and there is a PhotoPass Photographer on hand to capture the moment.
Where to meet Princesses in Disney World tip: Belle takes photos with the show participants and young guests in the audience. On some days we’ve been there the photo invite was thrown out to anyone in the audience but, if not, it probably doesn’t hurt to ask if you can get in line for a photo.
5 | Merida at Liberty Square
Meet with: Merida
Lightening Lane: standby line only
Merida, Princess of DunBroch, meets with guests in a new location in Liberty Square in Fantasyland. Brave’s Scottish princess meets guests at the Enchanted Glade Gazebo – she is often brandishing a bow and arrow and is full of tales of her adventures!
Where to meet Princesses in Disney World tip: Merida met with guests in Fairytale Gardens in Fantasyland until recently. Fairytale Gardens is now the backdrop to meet and greets with Encanto’s Mirablel.
6 | Snow White (and Mulan) at the exit to the Mickey Mouse Theatre
Meet with: Snow White, Mulan, Jasmine
Lightening Lane: standby line only
Magician Mickey meets guests in the Mickey Mouse Theatre in Town Square and there is an easy-to-miss Princess meet and greet right at the exit to the theatre. Typically, Snow White hosts the meet and greet – however, on our most recent visits, she has been switching out with Mulan. Make sure to visit early in the day as we’ve found that this meet and greet wraps up before lunch.
7 | Jasmine at the Agrabah Bazaar
Princess Jasmine and Aladdin are often found at the Agrabah Bazaar close to the Magic Carpets of Aladdin ride.
Other Princess Experiences at Magic Kingdom
From seeing the Princesses from a distance to Princess themed attractions, here are our other Princess favorites at Magic Kingdom
- Parades: the Princesses feature prominently in the Magic Kindom parades. Festival of Fantasy features Belle and Beast, Cinderella and Prince Charming, Anna and Elsa, Tiana and Prince Naveen, Tinkerbell, Snow White, Rapunzel, Merida and Ariel. The Adventure Friends Cavalcade has Jasmine, Merida, Mulan, Pocahontas, Moana, and Mirabel making appearances on the floats.
- Princess Walkabouts: in recent months the Princesses have been seen on evening walks through Magic Kingdom with Princess Aurora, Snow White and Ariel even riding the carousel during one outing! Guests are not invited to meet the princesses during their walkabout but they often interact with younger guests, sometimes taking them by the hand to join them on their walk.
- Mickey’s PhilharMagic: Ariel, Tinkerbell, Aladdin and Jasmine appear in the 3D show.
- Mickey’s Royal Friendship Faire: Anna, Elsa, Rapunzel, and Tiana appear in this daily stage show in front of Cinderella’s Castle.
- Cinderella’s Castle and Carriage: at the heart of Disney World, Cinderella’s Castle sits at the entrance to Fantasyland at the end of Main Street. The castle is the backdrop to millions of Disney World photos – you can usually catch a Photopass Photographer in front of the castle if you want to capture some group/family photos. To enter the castle you will need to be dining at Cinderella’s Royal Table or having a princess makeover at the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique.
- Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique: guests aged 3 to 12 are transformed into Princesses and Knights during a Royal Makeover at the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique. There are a number of packages available with the starter package including makeup, face gems and hair ($99.95+tax) and increase in price depending on extras – children can choose a princess gown ($199.95 + tax) or upgrade to a deluxe princess gown ($229.95 + tax). There is also an Encato-themed package which includes a Mirabel or Isabela gown ($179.95 + tax). Knight packages with hair styling and a sword and shield start at $19.95 + tax – check out our full guide to Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique in Magic Kingdom!
Where to meet the Princesses at Disney World tip: reservations typically open 60 days in advance at approximately 6am EST (plus resort guests can reserve in advance for the duration of their stay, up to 10 days maximum, 60 days out from the start of their reservation) – guests outside the US will need to use a VPN to make a reservation. We find Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique one of the hardest reservations to secure after the initial opening window – on our most recent visit I was only able to get an appointment the evening before despite trying for around 6 weeks in the lead up to our departure!
- Sir Mickey’s: this princess-themed boutique has a royal photo studio with the perfect backdrop for capturing princess photos. A Photopass photographer is in attendance and there are props including a poisoned apple for Snow White fans or a leather-bound book for Belle fans. Sir Mickey’s is a must-do after makeovers at Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique.
- Be Our Guest: located in the Beast’s enchanted Castle in Magic Kingdom, this is a Beauty and the Beast-themed dining experience. There are no character meet and greets but the Beast usually walks through the dining hall during dining.
- Royal Attractions: Princess fans will enjoy the Seven Dwarfs Mine Train, Under the Sea: Journey of the Little Mermaid, the Magic Carpets of Aladdin and the Prince Charming Regal Carousel
Where to meet Princesses in Epcot
Epcot is another favourite hangout of the Disney Princesses.
8 | Akershus Royal Banquet Hall

9 | Meet Anna and Elsa at Royal Sommerhus
Meet with: Anna and Elsa
Lightening Lane: standby line only
Anna and Elsa host a meet and greet in Royal Sommerhus in the Norway Pavillion at Epcot. The line itself is a real treat as it passes through Anna and Elsa’s summer cabin. There are lots of lovely details in the cottage and some wonderful paintings on the wall – our favorite is Anna, Elsa and Olaf running in the meadow.
Anna and Elsa meet guests separately – they are in the same room of the cottage but the meet and greets are separate with separate backdrops. We met Anna first and then Elsa.
Where to meet the Princesses at Disney World tip: Photopass photos are available via an automatic camera rather than a photographer. Make sure to locate the camera lens so you can pose to capture some great photos!
10 | Princess Aurora in France Pavillion

Aurora meets with guests from her gazebo in the France Pavillion.
11 | Mulan in China Pavillion

With her very own walk-through attraction, Journey of Water, opening at Epcot, Moana has a new meet-and-greet located next to it.
Other Princess Experiences at Epcot
There are two other Princess themed attractions we love at Epcot
- Beauty and the Beast Singalong: join a screening of this Beauty and the Beast singalong at the Palais du Cinema in France. The 15-minute film features songs including Be Our Guest and Gaston.
- Royal Attractions: Frozen Ever After is a wonderful song-filled boat ride with a few surprises in the Norway pavilion.
Hollywood Studios
Hollywood Studios recently added a meet and greet with Ariel from the Live Action Story:
16 | Meet Ariel at Walt Disney Presents
Meet with: Ariel from the Live Action Story (the original Ariel as a Mermaid meets guests in Magic Kingdom)
Lightening Lane: standby line only
A recent addition to the princess meet and greets, Live Action Ariel hosts a meet and greet in Hollywood Studios.
Other Princess Experiences at Hollywood Studios
- Frozen Singalong Celebration: the Royal Historians of Arendelle entertain the audience with tales of the Kingdom. Elsa, Anna and Kristoff join them for a fun singalong – it’s one of our favorite things to do in Hollywood Studios!
- Beauty and the Beast Live on Stage: a rare chance to see the Beast (we’ve only seen him walking through the dining rooms at Be Our Guest), this Broadway Style show also features Belle.
- Fantasmic: Hollywood Studios’ extravagant evening show features appearances from Princesses including Pocahontas, Moana, Belle, Ariel, Tiana and Snow White.
Animal Kingdom
Animal Kingdom hosts a very special princess meet and greet:
17 | Moana
Meet with: Moana
Lightening Lane: standby line only
Moana meets with guests on Discovery Island, close to the entrance to DinoLand. Guests wait in line on the bridge leading to Dinoland and then proceed to the meet and greet area.
18 | Pocahontas
Meet with: Pocahontas
Lightening Lane: standby line only
A recent addition to the Disney World Princess meet and greet line up, Pocahontas meets guests in the Oasis, close to the entrance of Animal Kingdom (the Oasis is the name given to the area between the entrance and the Tree of Life).
Until recently, Pocahontas featured with Meeko in the cavalcade of Flotillas which cruised along the Discovery River. Since the Flotillas were retired, Pocahontas has held her own meet and greet.
Princess Dining at the Disney World Resorts
It’s possible to meet one of the Princesses outside of the parks:
19 | Snow White at Story Book Dining at Artist Point, Wilderness Lodge
Meet with: Snow White, Grumpy, Dopey, The Queen
Additional cost/Reservation Required: Yes, Story Book Dining is a Dining Experience at Artist Point, Fort Wilderness
Note: a park ticket is not required for dining at resorts
Snow White hosts this magical dining experience at Artist Point in Wilderness Lodge. Alongside Grumpy and Dopey, Snow White meets guests at their tables as they dine on a storybook-themed feast – as well as meeting Snow White you can enjoy dining on poisoned apples and gooseberry tart desserts and drinking wonderful cocktails such as Evil to the Core and the Smoking Mirror.

Are there any Princesses I can’t meet at Disney World?
Currently, Raya is the only princess who doesn’t host a meet and greet at Disney World. It is possible to see her from afar – Raya appears in the Disney Adventure Friends Cavalcade in Magic Kingdom.
